LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has offered the outgoing Test skipper Misbah ul Haq to pursue his career as match referee at International Cricket Council (ICC).

According to the Daily Jang, PCB Chief Shahryar Khan was of the view that their is no Pakistani seated in this department, and Misbah would be the best choice to fill the vacant spot.

However, It is now up to the 43-year-old, who is currently playing his last game against West Indies, to decided whether to pursue his career as a match referee or join commentary.

It is pertinent to mention here that, PCB Chairman already told media that they have planned some offers for both Misbah, the most successful Test skipper of Pakistan, and Younis Khan, the leading runs scorer for Pakistan in Test cricket.

Both legends are currently playing ther last international game for Pakistan against West Indies.
