imageISLAMABAD: The five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Khosa would not hear the Panamagate case this week as well as member of the bench Justice Shaikh Azmat Saeed has not been fully recovered.

The hearing was expected to resume on Monday but owing to ill health of Justice Azmat Saeed, the five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court will not be available for this week also.

Justice Shaikh Azmat Saeed of the apex court was released from the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology on Sunday to which he was rushed to after complaining of chest pains last week.

Doctors have advised Justice Shaikh Azmat Saeed, who is a member of five-member larger bench of the apex court hearing the Panamagate case seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, to take rest. Justice Saeed will have a medical check up on February 10, local media reported.

The Panama Leaks case hearing is expected to resume on February 13.

The Panamagate Case hearing was adjourned on Wednesday due to the absence of Justice Azmat Saeed. It was decided that the hearing would resume once the judge recovers and returns to the bench.
