Chinese Chicken Wonton dumplings, made by spreading a square wrapper level in the palm of one's hand, setting a little filling inside, with amazing taste along with a dipping sauce, you can make the wonton recipe into the desired shape by compacting the wrapper's edges together with the fingers. You can make Wonton with any sort of filling, and it will only take 20 minutes to make it. It is super crispy, yummy and the easiest recipe for Iftar.

INGREDIENTS
For Filling
· Chicken – 300 gms, cooked, minced
· Onion – 2, large, minced
· Spring Onions – 3, minced, green parts only
· Egg – 2, separated, egg yolks beaten well
· Fish Sauce – 2 tblsp
· Sugar – 2 tblsp
· Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
· Samosa roll squares 2 dozen
· Oil as required
Wonton Sauce
· Chilli garlic sauce – ½ cup
· Honey – 2 tbsp
· Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
· Soya sauce – 1 tsp
· Corn flour – 1 tsp
· Water – ½ cup
METHOD
For Filling
1. Mix the chicken, onions, spring onions, egg white, fish sauce, pepper powder and sugar in a large bowl.
Mix well for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly stiff.
2. Separate the wonton wrappers and cut each into triangles.
3. Add 1 or 2 tblsp of the chicken mixture on each triangle.
4. Brush the edges with the egg yolk and place another triangle on top. (you can make any shape as per your convenience).
5. Press the edges and seal completely.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
7. Fry the prepared wontons for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove and drain excess oil.
9. Serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
For Sauce
Mix all the ingredients and cook until thick.
