ISLAMABAD: Pacer Wahab Riaz is confident to put Dhoni Eleven under pressure by taking early wickets in their first nerve testing tier on February 15 against the opponents, never defeated by Pakistan in a World Cup match. Riaz believes to get benifit of Indian batsmen's poor form, who were badly exposed by the English pacers in their last warm-up match.
Wahab said it was encouraging for his team to exploit the situation and conditions as the Indian batsmen could not win a single match in their recent tour to Australia.
With the use of two new balls from both ends in the tournament, Wahab said it would not be easy to get advantage on hard Australian surfaces but ball could still reverse at the very end of innings.
Recalling the 2011 India-Pakistan World Cup match at Mohali, he said it was the best match of his career and he would try to repeat the same performance if he got a chance to play against arch rivals.
Talking about having Waqar Younis as the team coach, Wahab said, "It is wonderful to have someone of Waqar's stature as a coach. He has shared his experiences with us, we have learnt a lot of things from him, so it's really good for bowlers to have him around as a coach."
