ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Higher Education Commission to submit reply over legal status of B.S. Agriculture Engineering degree.
The division bench of the apex court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan heard the case.
Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan remarked that Pakistan Engineering Council did not consider the B.S. Agriculture Engineering degree equal to Engineering. He asked how HEC recognized Agriculture Engineering degree equal to Engineering.
The court directed the HEC to submit reply over legal status of B.S. Agriculture Engineering degree and adjourned hearing of the case for an indefinite period.
