KHANPUR: The railway station of Khanpur lacks the basic facility of trains' inquiry since long and despite repeated requests by public.
DS Railway, Sukker division had ordered to set up an inquiry room at the station in response to public grievances but the directive has not materialised to date.
Consequently, people cannot get proper information regarding trains arrival and departure timings.
Local political circles have demanded provision of this important facility.
