JAND: An estimated amount of around Rs25.3 million would be spent on establishing buildings of 13 schools, working without a proper structure, in various areas of the district, sources from Education department told APP on Tuesday.

According to the sources, these schools were working in rented buildings from the past many years.

The schools where buildings would be constructed include eight boys and five girls primary schools, the sources said, adding, out of these 13 schools, seven were located in Jand, three in Fateh Jang, two in tehsil Attock while one school in Pindi Ghaib.

Every school will comprise of two class rooms, a Court yard, and a washroom, while clean drinking water and electricity would also be made available in these schools.
