ISLAMABAD: Newly established Interim Cabinet Federal Minister Arif Nizami on Tuesday vowed to work for freedom of media and free and transparent elections in the country.
He said that Election Commission is fully functional in Pakistan.
Talking to Pakistan Television channel, he said that democracy is gradually strengthening in the country.
He said that maintaining law and order should be the priority of the Interim Cabinet.
He said that main objective of the interim set-up, is to hold free, fair and transparent elections across the country.
