HYDERABAD: Ghaibana Namaz- e- Janaza of assassinated MPA Manzar Imam was offered here on Friday at the premises of Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Hyderabad Zone.
The party's Zone Incharge Muhammad Shareef, Joint Zonal Incharge Naveed Shamsi, members of Hyderabad Zonal Committee, political workers belonging to various parties and a large number of citizens offered the prayers for solace to the departed soul.
On this occasion Quran Khwani was also held and participants prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
Speaking on the occasion Muhammad Shareef and others said that such cowardly acts of terrorism and intimidation could not intimidate the workers of MQM and they will continue their struggle for the rights of the common man.
They also demanded that culprits of this heinous crime should immediately be brought to book.
