Muhammad-Nawaz-Sharif 1100LAHORE: PML-N president Nawaz Sharif has felicitated the Palestinian people over having been granted the status of non-member state by the United Nations.

 

In his felicitation message, he said the approval of resolution in United Nations to grant non-member state status to Palestine with a thumping majority was a significant step toward independence and self autonomy of people of Palestine.

 

He said Palestinian people had given innumerable sacrifices to achieve their independence for the last six decades.

 

He said people of Pakistan were proud of their vigorous and complete support to the just struggle of independence of Palestinian people and this support would continue.
