HYDERABAD: Police have been put on high alert till further orders in in the entire district in view of the law and order situation and sensitivity in Karachi and Hyderabad.
All police personnel have been called on duty by cancelling their leave and snap checking with cordoning off the specific areas is being carried out in the entire district.
A meeting presided over by the Senior Superintendent of Police Hyderabad Farid Jan Sarhandi reviewed the foolproof security plan in connection with the Muharram-ul-Haram on Monday last.
