imagePakistani cricketer Haris Sohail has encountered supernatural presence in his hotel room in New Zealand during the World Cup tour. The team management has now shifted the room of Pakistani cricketer to avoid any mishap.

According to media reports, a Pakistani cricketer is convinced that a ghost shook the bed in his Christchurch hotel room and was so shaken he insisted on switching rooms. Pakistan team manager Naveed Akram Cheema said, “Sohail woke up in the night, scared there was a ‘supernatural presence’ in his room at the Rydges Latimer Christchurch, after feeling the bed move. He rang one of the coaching staff, who arrived to find the player ‘visibly shaken’”. Sohail slept that night in the coach’s room, before moving to another.

On Sunday Pakistan has played their first warm up match, which they lost to New Zealand President’s XI. The official said Haris Sohail, who didn’t play the first match due to his traumatizing experience, has performed in second warm up match on Tuesday.

Cheema said Sohail was examined by the team doctor after his encounter and found to be in good health now.
