ISLAMABAD: Deputy Convener and the Parliamentary Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Dr. Muhammad Farooq Sattar Wednesday pointed out that the Protection of Pakistan Ordinance (PPO) bill did not define terrorist but militant.
He said there were some loopholes which could have been settled down if government had constituted a committee.
Farooq urged to bring reforms in the provisions of the bill such as: shoot at sight, prevention detention, use of arson and to establish a medical board etc.
