ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 44.33 points and closed at 3,559.08 points.
A total of 1,600 shares were traded, which were down by 5,800 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 7,400 shares.
Out of 138 companies, share prices of 34 companies recorded increase while share prices of 104 companies registered decrease whereas no company remained stable in today's trading.
Sanofi Aventis Pakistan remained the top trading company in today's trading with Rs. 24.99 per share, while the shares of Packages limited was decreased by Rs 30.90 per share during the trading session.
Millat Tractors, Engro Fertilizer and Engro Corporation remained the market leaders during Tuesday's trading with 8,00, 500 and 300 shares respectively.
