SINGAPORE: Sinopec's subsidiary in Hong Kong is seeking 3.6 million barrels of jet fuel for delivery over January to December next year, industry sources said on Wednesday.
Sinopec (Hong Kong), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, is seeking one cargo of about 300,000 barrels of jet fuel a month for next year, one of the sources said.
The tender will close on Nov. 12, the source added.
Sinopec (Hong Kong) had finalised its 2012 jet fuel term with Gracewood Petroleum and JP Morgan at discounts of between 30 and 40 cents a barrel to benchmark Singapore quotes.
