PSL4: Babar Azam passes another milestone

Karachi Kings opening batsman Babar Azam, reached another milestone on Friday, after he passed 3000 T20 runs while batting against Multan Sultans.

Azam, the top ranked T20I batsman, is the top ranked T20I batsman and is considered among the best batsman in limited overs cricket. The youngster achieved the feat in his 92nd inning, and is the  fourth fastest batsman to reach the feat. Azam also has some 23 fifties under his belt.

Only Australia’s Shaun Marsh, Windies Chris Gayle and Australia’s Aaron Finch reach the 3000 figure mark with fewer innings.

Imad Wasim’s Kings at the moment are batting against Shoaib Malik’s Multan Sultans. The two sides would be aiming to open their PSL account on a positive.
