Ajay Devgn says his wife Kajol doesn’t have guts to criticize him

The two times National Award winner actor Ajay Devgn has a strong message on this International Women’s days, however, the actor also feels strongly about his wife’s capability of giving him a unbiased opinion on his work.

Ajay is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie ‘Raid’ and during one of its events, the ‘Golmaal’ actor revealed that his wife Kajol, who is known to speak her mind and not mince any words 'doesn't have the guts' to criticize his films.

Even though Kajol lack the words of criticism for her husband, Ajay told DNA that his daughter Nysa does not hesitate in disparaging his work. "She [Kajol] doesn't have the guts to, but my daughter Nysa does. She is my harshest critic. She doesn't spare me."

Meanwhile, speaking about International Women's Day, the actor also appreciated all the women in his life by saying, "I'm fortunate to have grown up surrounded by strong women. I wouldn't be half the man I am had it not been for the contribution of my mother and my two sisters, all of whom are fantastic. And now, I have Kajol, who is independent and every inch her own person. Nysa, too, is showing signs of becoming an independent, strong-minded person."

He added, "I respect women and I think that International Women's Day is just a day for men to remember that women are [and] will always be as strong as them if not stronger. Their strength needs to be celebrated every day of the year."

Ajay’s latest project ‘Raid’ opposite Ileana D’Cruz is ready for its release on March 16.
