LAHORE: Barrister Ali Zafar expressing his concern over the speculations and gossip in the social media after the short order in reference against Justice Qazi Faez Isa and demanded release of its detailed judgment.
He said all kinds of speculations and gossips undermining not only the case but also the integrity of the Courts.
According to him the proceedings for misconduct of a judge of the Superior Court should generally take place quietly by his peer judges without involving the media as it was necessary for judicial independence and maintenance of public respect towards a judge.
