Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has won back her throne of the ruling queen from her archenemy Katrina Kaif by beating her with her latest release ‘Padmaavat’, which has already earned more than the lifetime business that Katrina’s super hit movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ made in Australia.

After facing tremendous amounts of threats, including death threats to the director and the lead actress Deepika, ‘Padmaavat’ finally released on January 25 and immediately conquered the box-office not just in India but also throughout the world.

Deepika reveals she won’t invite Katrina to her wedding

Within nearly a week after its release, Deepika’s ‘Padmaavat’ has beaten the lifetime business of Katrina’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ in Australia. Not just that, the Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh starrer movie has also thrashed the lifetime business records of other successful movies including Salman Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Shah Rukh Khan's ‘Dilwale’ and Ranveer-Deepika's ‘Bajirao Mastani’ in Australia.

Taran Adarsh, a senior trade analyst announced this news via his twitter account also predicting that ‘Padmaavat’ will soon cross the box-office record of ‘Dhoom 3’ too.

The Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus has nearly crossed the 100 crore club, as the movie has earned almost 124 crores INR and still is going strong at the box-office all around the world.
