KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling remained unchanged on Monday, helped by flat dollar demand as mid-month tax payments forced most firms to stay out of the market.
At 0911 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,640/3,650, the same level as Friday's close.
