War between Shahid and Ranveer heightens

Bollywood's most anticipated movie, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmavati’ is all ready for promotions but it seems like the male lead actors Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor are at warfare and won’t be seeing promoting their movie together.    

Ever since the trailer of ‘Padmavati’ was released, reports of Shahid’s nuisance with it started making rounds and recently the news of Shahid and Ranveer’s refusal to promote the movie together is in a way confirming the rumors.

Apparently Shahid Kapoor is not happy about his featured portion in the released trailer and the actor is upset that Ranveer Singh has taken all the limelight away from him. Talking about the presence of Deepika, Ranveer and Shahid together at the promotional event, a source told India.com, "The plan was to have all the three promote the film together at a few events and bring together just Shahid and Deepika for the others."

"While the two are on board for some on ground activities, the plan to get the three together is not happening anymore. The two male leads aren't really comfortable with the other being around and therefore the makers deemed it fit to not get Ranveer, Shahid together with Deepika," added the source.

The source also confirmed that Ranveer Singh will be scarcely promoting the movie as Bhansali and team wants to keep the inquisitiveness and curiosity of his character of Alauddin Khilji. Amidst all these controversies the movie is all set release on 1^st December.
