The recent research by infamous McAfee reveals Indian celebrities who are likely to lead to unsafe results, exposing to malicious websites and malware. Comedian Kapil Sharma and Superstar Salman Khan have topped the list of ‘riskiest celebrity to search online’.

McAfee’s report, which is in its 11th edition, found searching for Kapil Sharma resulting in a 9.58 percent chance of landing on a malicious website. Searching for Salman Khan and Aamir Khan resulted in a 9.03 percent and 8.89 percent chance, respectively of landing on a malicious website, Times of India reported.

Kapil Sharma opens up about downfall, breakup and alcoholism

“With today’s digital explosion, the gap between celebrities and their fans has diminished. There’s a looming interest among Indians to know more about their favourite icons for which there's a deluge of fresh and readily consumable content made available,” said Venkat Krishnapur, Head of R&D Operations, McAfee, in a statement on Tuesday.

Among other celebrities, Priyanka Chopra has been ranked 4th on the list, followed by Anushka Sharma, Sunny Leone, Kangana Ranaut, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Tiger Shroff.
