South Korea EWP buys 50,000 T for November

oil-barrelSEOUL: Korea East-West Power Co Ltd (EWP) bought 50,000 tonnes of high sulphur fuel oil from Mercuria via a tender that closed on Monday for early November arrival, a utility source said on Wednesday.

 

 The utility bought the oil product, containing a maximum of 2.5 percent sulphur at a premium of $0.68 per tonne on a cost and freight (CFR) basis, the source said.

 

The product will arrive between November 1-5 at the port of Ulsan, he added.
