LONDON: Speculators increased their net long positions in Brent crude and gasoil futures and options in the week to Aug. 14, data published by the IntercontinentalExchange showed on Monday.
Large money managers raised their net long positions in Brent by 814 contracts to 107,885 over the week, while bullish bets in gasoil increased by 11,277 to 77,080 contracts, the data showed.
