ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 306,360 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 329,797 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA, the maximum water level in River Indus at Tarbela was 1404.40 feet higher than 26.40 feet above its dead level of 1378 feet.
Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 163,700 cusecs while out flow was recorded as 155,000 cusecs.
The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla was 1114.30 feet which was 74.30 feet higher than its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 49,737 cusecs and 35,000 cusecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 210,252, 187,686 and 77,821 cusecs respectively.
Similarly, from River Kabul a total of 69,100 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 47,260 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
