FAISALABAD: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Engineer Iftikhar Ahmed has taken strict notice of the delay in attending consumers complaints and directed the concerned staff to attend public complaints like interruptions of electricity within half an hour.
He said that officers and officials responsible of delay without any cogent reason would be taken to task.
The Chief Executive also asked consumers to register their electricity related complaints in their concerned Sub Divisional Office and insist for getting complaint number.
He said that if staff of Sub Division declines to give complaint number, they should immediately lodge a complaint with helpline 118 or on toll free number 0800-66554.
