FAISALABAD: Chairman, All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) Ijaz Ghohar on Wednesday hailed the decision of the federal government to increase gas supply to industry in Punjab.
The Sui Northern Gas Supply Company Limited (SNGPL) has issued a notification in this regard.
The SNGPL was providing gas to industries for four days in a week and now gas supply will be ensured to industry for five days in a week.
APTMA Chairman extended his gratitude to President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani and federal minister for petroleum and gas Muhammad Asim on their special attention towards industrial sector of Punjab.
He hoped that five-day gas supply to industry would help enhance production and meet the export target.
