Royal fans are buzzing with speculation that Prince William and Kate Middleton are expecting their fourth child. Reportedly, she will soon announce her fourth pregnancy.

The royal expert Aranzazu Santos López has claimed two signs are showing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will soon be adding to their nursery.
