WARSAW: Poland's second largest refiner, Grupa Lotos, has started to use the state's strategic oil reserves, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Patryk Demski said, following Warsaw's decision to stop importing contaminated Russian oil.
"We filed (a motion to use reserves). We have permission ... we are using this oil," he told reporters.
