Mr. Anwar Maqsood is one of Pakistan's biggest sources of pride for literary aficionados. The Government of Pakistan has awarded him with the top civilian award "Hilal-e-Imtiaz" for his literary contributions to PTV. In appreciation of him serving the Pakistani entertainment industry since the 1970's, Greenwich University is pleased to honor him and his life's work with the Degree of Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) in its 12th Convocation 2017.
