KARACHI: On Monday at 12:30 P.M., KSE-100 Index was at 12,242.12 with a positive change of 10.52 points and volume of 31,353,937. Total volume traded in market was close to 60,083,000 shares. In the first half hour after market opening, KSE-100 index remained negative but it recovered around 10:15 P.M. and remained positive until the writing of this report.
The five top traded companies were Jahangir Siddqiui & Co., Azgard Nine, Engro Foods, Fauji Cement and Pak Elektron.
The five top Advancers were Nestle Pakistan, Unilever Pakistan Food, Island Textile Mills, Mitchell’s Fruit Farms and Pakistan Int. Container.
The top five decliners were Unilever Pakistan, Indus Dyeing, Philip Morris (Pakistan), Tandlianwala Sugar Mills and JDW Sugar Mills.
