Three dacoits arrested

At least three alleged dacoits were nabbed at Boat Basin area in the wee hours of Tuesday. Weapons and stolen money were also recovered. According to, police, a huge cache of weapons and stolen money were recovered from them. The suspects were targeting people who used to draw cash from the ATMs in the Defence and Clifton area, police said. A case has been registered against the suspects and their identities were revealed by police as Farooq Khawro, Abdul Sattar Maachi and Naseer Mughairi.
