LONDON: Europe's main stock markets receded on Monday at the open, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down 0.1 percent at 7,314.20 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 shed 0.6 percent to 12,044.96 points, and the Paris CAC 40 lost almost 0.3 percent to 5,345.85, compared with the closing levels on Friday.
