LONDON: Europe's main stock markets dropped at the start of trading on Thursday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down 0.2 percent at 7,493.26 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 shed 0.5 percent to 12,329.40 points and the Paris CAC 40 slipped 0.2 percent to 5,500.25.
