Picture: Ali Gul Pir trolls Urwa over comparison to royal wedding
Comedian/singer Ali Gul Pir recently chimed in to make fun of actress Urwa Hocane on the comparison of her wedding to the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan, made history after they tied the knot in the most regal way on May 19. The first wedding pictures of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex apparently reminded Pakistani Urwa of her own wedding day, but this comparison wasn’t taken lightly by social media.
After facing the ruthless trolls on the internet, Urwa blamed her social media team for posting the comparison. Along with the shared post, the admin of Urwa Facebook page wrote, “The royal wedding of Meghan and Harry gave us butterflies. It reminded us of our own love story of Urwa Farhan, which was crafted a year ago and was trending like wildfire on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram! #LoveConquersAll - Admin.”
Many people gave their two cents on Twitter about this comparison, however, it was comedian Ali Gul Pir who took the comparison to a whole new level. He didn’t let go this perfect opportunity of making fun of the actress and the ‘Wadere Ka Beta’ singer posted his own version of the pictures.
Ali posed with the king of all fruits, a mango, and showed off his love for it, hilariously trolling the actress and her husband Farhan Saeed’s wedding pictures. Ali did not just stop there and wrote caption, “The royal wedding of Meghan and Harry as well as Urwa and Farwa gave me butterflies. It reminded me of the first mango I bought in this season. I remember when I took the first bite, it was trending in all of Sukkur like wildfire, talking about how juicy my mangoes are! #Love4MangoesConquersAll - Admin of computer lab.”
The comedian is known for making fun of other celebs and their photoshoots. Few weeks ago, Ali went on a trolling spree after he re-enacted famous photoshoots and pictures of celebrities.
