John Cena blamed for his split from fiance Nikki Bella
WWE’s power couple John Cena and Nikki Bella left their fans in shock after breaking their engagement and announcing separation after dating for almost six years. However, a source close to Nikki has revealed that the wrestler turned actor is to be blamed for their break up.
Last year, Cena went down on his knees in the wrestling ring and proposed to his long-time girlfriend Nikki, but turns out that the fairytale proposal was a pity play. John reportedly proposed and was getting married to the reality star/wrestler in pity.
A source revealed to People, "John acted more and more like he was doing her a favor by somehow conceding to go ahead and marry her. Nikki doesn’t need a pity proposal, a pity wedding and a pity husband. She’s a phenomenal, tremendous woman."
John’s take on marriage, family and children was often seen in the reality show ‘Total Divas’ and ‘Total Bellas’. The actor was against the concept of getting married and having kids, while Nikki wanted to become a mother like her sister Brie Bella, who is married to Daniel Bryan and has a daughter, Birdie Danielson.
Both Nikki and John announced their split through their social media accounts confirming their split.
