Preity Zinta reacts to her pregnancy stories
Recently after Bollywood sweetheart Preity Zinta was spotted covering her body with a shawl at numerous occasions, rumors of her pregnancy started making rounds that has apparently upset the actress.
PZ, who married American Gene Goodenough back in 2016, was seen sporting concealing attire, which sparked rumors of her pregnancy and almost all news outlets started speculating. However, a source close to the actress shut down all the rumors saying that Preity’s apparel was only attributing to keep her warm in the cold.
“It happened to be pretty cold those days and was late in the night as well,” Deccan Chronicle quoted the source. The source further revealed that Preity was extremely upset about these stories.
“There’s nothing more to the story. Preity is upset about the story appearing, because she’s insistent she’ll have a baby when the time is ripe. She has a lot of friends in the media, who confirm with her before writing stories, but not this time.” During a recent event, the actress also dismissed the pregnancy rumours saying media is just publishing fake reports.
Meanwhile, Preity, who is celebrating her 43rd birthday today, was given a surprise by her old friends Salman Khan and his rumored girlfriend Iulia Vantur, Bobby Deol and Sonakshi Sinha on her big day.
On work front, the ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ actress is currently rooting for her team ‘KingsXI Punjab’ in the ‘Indian Premier League’. Apart from that, PZ has also done ‘Bhaiyyaji Superhit’ with Sunny Deol.
