Justice Sheikh Najam-ul-Hassan of Lahore High Court here Monday directed the office to fix all the petitions moved by former Chief Minister Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa and Missal Khan for registration of cases against each other on charges of kidnapping and alleged murder of actress Ms Zeba Khan alias Sapna Khan within two weeks. On Monday the court heard four applications for early hearing of petitions and issued directions to fix the petitions.
Misal Khan, father of missing Sapna Khan, through his counsel Azhar Siddque filed applications stating that he has been going from pillar and post in search of justice but police are not registering kidnapping and alleged murder case of his daughter who went missing months ago from the GOR-I residence of Dost Muhammad Khosa.
He said Khosa belonged to Punjab ruling party of PML-N and using his influence to stop police from lodging case.
