Six alleged kidnappers arrested

Crime Branch of Sindh Police on Monday claimed to have arrested six alleged kidnappers from Surjani Town area. According to police, the action was taken on a tipoff, which revealed that some notorious kidnappers were hiding in the said area.
Reacting on the information, the raid was conducted and after brief encounter, six alleged kidnappers including Ata Mohammad, Ali Asghar, Ghulam Qamber, Mohammad Nawaz, Abdul Qayyum and Ghulam Abbas were arrested with weapons.
They said the accused persons had affiliations with the notorious Ghaffor Bugti group, which is involved in dozens of cases of kidnapping in Karachi and other parts of the country.
