Australia welcomes Shadab Khan

Pakistan leg spinner Shadab Khan has left for Australia to participate in Big Bash League (BBL), scheduled to commence from December 19.
Shadab would be seen representing the Brisbane Heats, under the leadership of New Zealand former skipper Brendon McCullum, and under the mentoring of Kiwis legend Daniel Vettori.

Shadab was selected in place of West Indies leg spinner Samuel Badree. Earlier, Heat mentor Daniel Vettori praised the Pakistani youngster and said that he look forward to see Shadab at the BBL.
“He is quick, he is tough to pick but he is also a very good batsman and very good fielder, and we have got him at a young age … like I said that we have one of the young stars of world cricket, and that is exciting for everyone involved,” Vettori said.
