Kapil Sharma set to tie the knot soon
For Bollywood’s comedian/actor Kapil Sharma, 2017 has not been the best year of his life till now but things might just be changing for the best for him as the year comes to an end because reportedly Kapil is looking forward to getting married to his on-again, off-again girlfriend Ginni Chatrath.
Host of the infamous television program, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has gone through a lot this past year with his fallout with co-actor Sunil Grover, then opening up about drinking problems, dealing with anxiety and depression and even confessing to have gone suicidal. However, the actor had one strong support system throughout all this, who was his ladylove Ginni.
New reports of the couple’s marriage have recently been making rounds, following Kapil’s tweet about Ginni. "Will not say she is my better half... She completes me... love u Ginni.. Please welcome her... I love her so much," he tweeted.

About the couple’s wedding plans, a source told PinkVilla, "There is a lot of pressure from the two families. Ginni’s parents are keen that the couple should make their relationship official. Kapil’s mother also wants him to marry Ginni, whom she has grown fond of. Ginni had promised to consider marriage only after Kapil cleaned up his act. Now, that the stand-up comedian is completely off alcohol and in a much more relaxed frame of mind, he too seems to be in the mood to take the plunge."
Earlier, Kapil discussed his wedding plans saying, "Yes, I am getting married to Ginni and she is the love of my life. I have known her for 10 years since my college days in Jalandhar. I used to go to her college to do stand-up comedy. I fell in love with her first, then my mother fell in love with her and that's when I felt I should make it official. She not only completes me but is my better half."
On the work front, Kapil will next be seen in 'Firangi', which is directed by Rajiev Dhingra and also stars Ishita Dutta. The movie is slated to release on November 24 this year.
