The much-anticipated Bond film will see Daniel Craig reprise the role of our favourite British spy. The movie will release in 2019, but this week, a massive leak has potentially spoiled the plot of the movie before a director has even been named.
Page Six claimed that it had been informed by sources that 007 would finally tie the knot in the upcoming sequel to Spectre. According to a Hollywood insider with knowledge of the film, Bond quits the secret service, and he’s in love and gets married in the movie currently dubbed Bond 25. Later in the film, his wife then gets killed, which forces him back into action as he attempts to avenge her death.
The alleged plot leak comes just weeks after Daniel Craig announced that he would be return to play the secret agent for the 25th film in the franchise, written by regular Bond screenwriters Robert Wade and Neal Purvis.
In the last Bond movie, Spectre, which was released in 2015, Bonds’ love interest was played by French actress Lea Seydoux and as the new movie opens, reportedly the duo will already be a married couple.
Although not much is known about the film officially otherwise.
