‘Baadshaho’ continues its winning streak

Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Baadshaho’ marks the return of the heist genre that has been missing from films for quite some time now. The movie has been faring well on box office and has become one of the top grosser of 2017.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Baadshaho is steady in mass circuits... Fri 12.60 cr, Sat 15.60 cr, Sun 15.10 cr, Mon 6.82 cr, Tue 6.12 cr. Total: 56.24 cr. India biz”.

In the film, Ileana D'Cruz features as princess Gitanjali, who decides to fight for her wealth which is being returned to the government. She seeks help of a gangster, Bhawani (Ajay Devgn), who is joined by Dalia (Emraan Hashmi), Sanjana (Esha Gupta), Tikla (Sanjay Mishra) and Seher (Vidyut Jammwal) in planning a heist. Sunny Leone also features in a cameo role in the film.

Apart from Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi character has more appeal than any other ensemble cast.

This film is a heist thriller set during the Emergency period (1975-77) India. With such amazing opening weekend numbers, the film will easily be successful.
