Aishwarya Rai’s look like Sneha Ullal first appeared on the silver screen opposite Salman Khan in the film Lucky: No Time for Love (2005). However, she has been away from the limelight and hasn't acted in any film since past 4 years.
There were many questions raised based on her sudden 4-year long break. Finally, she has come out and revealed the reason behind it. In a recently held media interaction, she is reported to have said that she has been suffering from a severe blood-related disease called the Autoimmune disorder which made her body very weak. She added that she wasn't even able to stand up on her feet for more than 30 minutes. This was the main reason behind her break from films, DNA Reported.
She said that she has undergone the procedure of medication and finally, after recovering, she is now back to the movies. Talking about her comeback, Sneha clarifies that it’s not a ‘comeback’ at all. "I think a comeback is when you intentionally leave the industry and try to make a return. But I never left the industry; it’s just that I wasn’t doing films due to severe health issues."
She was last seen in the Telugu movie Antha Nee Mayalone in 2014.
