Shipping activity at Port Qasim

KARACHI: Two ships arrived at Port on Friday, October 28, carrying palm oil at LCT and LPG at EVTI.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 29 percent at the Port on Sunday where a total of four ships namely M.V Amira Dina, M.T AL Soor- II, M.T Gas Elixir, M.T SC Dalia Nare are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, palm oil, diesel oil was handled at Port last 24 hours.

Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 24653 tonnes comprising 24345 tonnes import and 308 tonnes export, was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.

Departures M V Amira Dina sailed on Friday afternoon, M.T AL Soor-II sailed on Friday evening M.T Gas Elixir sailed on Saturday morning.

Outer anchorage following ships is currently MV AL Aska-II, MT Golden Ambrodia.

Arruvak schedule MT Golden Ambrosia arrive on Saturday, October 29.
