DC inaugurated 4-day anti-polio campaign

SUKKUR: Deputy Commissioner Sukkur, Dr Waheed Asghar Bhutti inaugurated the 4-day anti-polio campaign by administering polio drops to the children on Saturday.

Deputy Commissioner Sukkur said that eradication of polio virus is a challenge to whole nation and in this connection we all would have to perform important role in achieving this national cause.

He directed concerned officers to ensure door to door visit of polio teams for administering polio drops to all children aged up to 5 years and to take action against responsible for showing negligence.

On the occasion, DHO Agah Samiullah, Rotarians and other concerned officers were also present.
