K-Electric's overbilling perturbing poors

imageKARACHI: The overbilling by the K-Electric has perturbed the poors, said the Adviser to the Regional Office of Federal Ombudsman, Muhammad Yamin.

He was hearing public complaints at the Camp Office of Deputy Commissioner Malir on Thursday, says a statement.

Muhammad Yamin pointed out that most of the complaints pertain to overbilling by the K-Electric.

He said that the complaints received at the Ombudsman's office are referred to the departments concerned for redressal and report is also sought.

Meanwhile, after hearing some of the complaints decisions were made in accordance with the available evidences.
