KARACHI: The demolition squad of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), while taking action against illegal constructions in different areas of the metropolis, sealed and demolished flats/units and other illegal constructions here.
According to a statement on Monday, the SBCA team demolished illegal shops at mezzanine and ground floors at plot no 2 PR 6/6, partition walls and R.C.C roof on the fourth floor of a structure in Saddar Bazar at plot no 20/SBA.
The illegal constructions were also demolished at plot no 10, R- B-10, plot no 36 - L.R and plot no 1/18-R.Y at Aram Bagh and at plot no F-73/3 block 4 at ground floor in Clifton Saddar.
The SBCA team sealed third floor of a structure at plot no 1/8 block 1/F and Nazimabad.
The Deputy and Assistant Building Directors, the Demolition Officers concerned supervised the demolition activities as well as SBCA Police were also present to control the law and order situation.
