iokwISLAMABAD: The General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom Leaguein Indian occupied Kashmir Muhammad Rafique Ganai has said that the blood of Kashmiri martyrs will not be allowed to go waste.

Muhammad Rafique Ganai in a statement issued in Srinagar paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of last year's uprising including Ghulam Rasool Tantray, Abdul Qayoom Wani, Hina Yaqoob, Tariq Ahmad Ganai, Bilal Ahmad, Shaukat Ahmad Mir and Nisar Ahmad Kochay, Kashmir Media Service reported.

He said that the sacrifices of such martyrs had raised the Kashmir dispute at international level and was being discussed at high-level forums.

He said that the day would come soon when the people of occupied Kashmir would get rid of Indian bondage.

Meanwhile, Hurriyet leader, Nisar Hussain Rather, while paying homage to the people killed during a a protest demonstration in Humhama last year, said that their blood would definitely bring positive results.

The Muslim Khawateen Markaz and Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement in separate statements condemned the occupation authorities for not releasing the Hurriyet leaders despite it that court has ordered their immediate release.

They said that the people of Kashmir had pledged to take the ongoing liberation movement to its logical conclusion, against at odds.
