Pro-Moscow separatists say begin tank withdrawal in east Ukraine

KIEV: Pro-Moscow rebels announced Saturday they had begun withdrawing tanks from the line of contact with government forces following key peace talks in Paris the day before.

"People's militia of the Lugansk People's Republic has begun a withdrawal of tanks from the line of contact in accordance with a Minsk deal," said the official news agency of the rebel region.
